Bunch of H&M makeup

Hej!

To be honest, I'm really exiting to come to Stockholm partly for H&M make up as I heard that they did quite a good job. I went to H&M recently just to buy one eyeliner and end up without any eyeliner but a bunch of makeup.

First things I pick up is the powder blusher and velvet cream blusher. I'd say that it both super pigmented that you have to be careful when applying. The colour of the powder blush (Cotton Candy) is quite strong and but it turns out to be a pretty violet pink if you blend it with the foundation powder. The powder blusher doesn't last all day but compared to the price, it's not bad. However, the cream blusher (Hot Pink) turns out to be very impressive. The colour is beautiful and I turn out to be velvet as the name said. And even though my face tend to be quite oily in dry weather, this last all day.

Next is the bronzing powder in shade Golden Honey. This is a matte bronzing powder which I found it's a lil bit to light for my skin tone. However, you can apply it all over your face using a fan brush or a big loose brush to create a tanning look, which I like. This is not the one for contouring as it's quite orangy.

After grabbing a couple things, I found 2 shades of eyeshadow were on sale for 10SEK each so I decided to get both. I'd say both are not that pigmented but it's perfect for everyday use. I use it a lil bit in my crease and it give like a shadowy look but not too pigmented like Urban Decay eyeshadow. This not to best but a good one compared to the price. The green one is in the shade Mediterranea, and the another one is the Dark Crystal.

The last thing I picked it up because of the packaging, which looks so high end and beautiful to hold and apply. The H&M Creamy Lipstick in shade Macaroon is so pigmented. The colour turned out to be bright nude and it did stay for a long time. However, it's quite dry for me so I think it needs a layer of lip balm before applying.

That's all I have bought. Overall I'm quite impressed by the makeup range and I wish it will be available in Thailand soon!

Have you ever tried any makeup product from H&M?

NARs VS. Maybellines?

You might know by now that the Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer is the holy-grails concealer for every beauty-blogger on earth. I've heard about it for a very long time but I never think I need one until recently that I ran out of my Dior Skin Star concealer

While I was searching for information about this concealer, I found many people compare the Nars concealer to the Maybelline Fit Me concealer and said that it's very similar. As I've tried both of them, and I think why not give you my opinion about this two concealer of whether it's a real dupe to not.

The first thing I'll talk about is the packaging, which Maybelline might beat Nars on this point. As you may know that the Nars packaging often come in the matte packaging which is so easy to get dirty and if you use it for a long time, it can be sticky. However, the tube is quite heavy and make it feel like you're getting a high-end products. On the other hand, the Maybelline's packing might not be as heavy as Nars' but it won't get messy and don't get sticky overtime.

For the concealer, I'd say that it's totally different in texture, consistency, and also the formula. At first I think that it would be quite similar as many people compare them together and said that it's a dupe for each other. I found that the Nars Creamy concealer is way thicker and heavier that the Maybelline.  The Nars one gives so much more coverage but it can be a lil bit harder to blend while the Maybelline Fit Me concealer is lighter and quite liquidy.

I feel like the Maybelline one would be perfect for under your eye as it doesn't crease and it isn't that dry. However, for covering blemishes on your face, Nars one would be more suitable as it's so thick and it can give higher coverage for redness or spot. I think both concealer are good but in different way and I don't think it's the dupe for each other. I'd say that the more perfect dupe for the Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer would have to be the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer

Have you ever tried Nars or Maybelline concealer?

Photo Diary : Warm Weekend

It's now so hot in Stockholm that make me feel like I'm in Thailand's weather.

Last weekend I went to Swedish History Museum with my friends. It's better than what I expected. I normally don't enjoy museum but this is quite interesting to me as the way they displayed is so attractive, unlike the British museum.

Then we went to the Kungsträdgården for a Pokemon Go event. We didn't join the main event but we just went to TGI-Friday and enjoy a good wine while catching Pokemon in the area.

Do you play Pokemon Go?
