The old town, Kyoto

Nothing could be better than spending time in the former capital city of Japan. I spend 2 days here and still have much left to see. We visited the famous bamboo forest, which I'd recommend you come here in early morning because this is one of the tourist attraction, and after 10am, there will be thousand of tourists here.

While in Kyoto, I went to a department store and found the shop called "Azul", which become my new favourite brand, so if you are in Japan, check this out! The lady there is so nice and caring.

By visiting the romantic city, it's a proper opportunity to take a ride by the "Romantic Train (嵯峨野観光鉄道), which might not be that romantic but beautiful.

And of course, I can't properly visit Kyoto without coming to Fushimi Inari. This temple with an iconic red door way is so impressive but full of tourists again. I wish to come here in the evening or super early in the morning again as this would be a perfect location for taking picture.

Gero Gero!

Gero Gero!
Frog city!

A lil bit down from Takayama, we take a short visit to Gero. It's finally nice and sunny today.

The flowers are about to bloom!

I have nothing much to say about this city as the weather was so nice and enjoyable

Bye!

The classic Japanese : Takayama-shi!

Another day here and we're now in Takayama. I didn't expect it to be this cold and snowy but it still beautiful with the white snow in the morning.
Another complicated meal, which is one thing I love about Japan.

The view from the hotel.

The famous red bridge in Takayama, which I can't remember the name. Across the bridge, there's morning market selling fresh vegetables and fruits.

One thing you shouldn't miss while staying in Japan is fresh coffee. For some reason, every coffee I had here were so good.

Fujiyoshida (富士吉田)

If there is the second time, there will be the third and forth...

I can't deny the beauty of Japan and this time, I come back to Fujisan again for the second time. This time, I stayed for one night at Kawaguchiko area. The weather was not the best so we didn't get to see the mountain sadly (and somehow, it's snowing).

This the first complicated dinner, but it was so delicious!

And a classic Japanese green tea...

Another complicated breakfast, but again, it was so delicious.

Nagoya City!

Spring has finally arrived and it means the beautiful cherry blossom tea in Japan!

Our first destination in Japan is Nagoya. We arrived here early morning of the 23th of March.

Here are the two iconic things in Japan, bicycle and vending machines. I was very fascinated by the vending machine that has hot drink in lol.

The first Sakura near Nagoya Castle (名古屋城).

Food in Nagoya station, which I can't remember the name of the restaurant because we're too hungry.

Just a lil Naughty Purchase

Right after the YSL Christmas collection came out last year, I made up my mind that I need that star-looking lipstick in my life but sadly it was sold out everywhere in the world. I kept going to the YSL country to see if they had it or not but they didn't so the woman there recommend to get the similar shade instead. It's the YSL Rouge Pur Couture in shade no.70, which is a nice nudy pink colour. I'd say that it's not that pigmented but very easy to apply and the colour is so beautiful. Now I know why that lipstick was sold out everywhere

And of course I feel like I need a proper lip balm, so I decided to invest in something like Jo Malone Vitamin E Lip treatment. At first I felt like I spend too much money on just one lip balm but after using this for a week, I totally love it as the applicator was so easy to apply and the lip balm itself is so moisturising. Another thing I concerns a lot when buying one lip product is the smell, this smell like something vanilla-scented.

For me, I am a person that choose to invest in some products that is high-quality and I'm sure that I'll use that product until it ran out. This two lip products would definitely be the one, and I wish to invest in something like this more.

Do you have any makeup or skincare I should invest in?

Fujiyama

It's like a dream come true to get a chance to see the real Fujiyama in Japan. I was so lucky that the sky are clear and the view was so beautiful!

We went to see Fujisan at the Oshino Hakkai village around the Fujiyoshida area. Overall it's okay but the best thing is to see the mountain clearly.

btw, it was so cold!

Clinique Moiture Surge

By have never been in such a dry weather before, my skin struggles so much when I was in Sweden that I had to buy something that would cure my dry face. I discovered this Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief, which turned out to be incredibly cheap there.

One thing I noticed since I open the packaging is that the smell of Alcohol is very strong, so if you're allergic to this ingredient in skin care, definitely skip it. However, I decide to give it a try and I'd say I quite like it at first. My skin felt so soft and moisturised during the first and second weeks of using it. But after two weeks, I found it's too heavy for summer time and I decide to go back to my all time favourite Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion.

I'd definitely go back to this one when it's winter and my skin start getting dry again, but now it's summer, this one may be a bit too much to use on daily basis.

Have you ever tried the Moiture Surge Moiturise?

Tokyo 2017

Back in January, I went to Tokyo for some reasons and to be honest I didn't expect that I'd like that city as much as I do now.

I expect this city to be super chaotic and tiring to live in, but it turned out that I was completely wrong. This city is so chaotic in the way that it's so nice and orderly.

The famous Shibuya Crossing!!

I found that just 5 minutes from Shinjuku, which is one of teh largest city centre in Tokyo, it turned to be so peaceful and quiet place. I stayed near Yoyogi park and it's so calm even during the day. It's surprisingly quiet unlike in London or in Bangkok.

Beside the city, people there are so nice and friendly. They're very helpful even you can't speak Japanese (which I can't).

And one thing you can found in Tokyo is the view of the most beautiful sunset on the skyscraper like Sunshine City.

And until we meet again Tokyo...
