To The High-end Side of Foundation

Forgetting your foundation at home is the perfect time to try new foundation. I went to Kicks which is the local beauty shop and found the YSL Youth Liberator Serum Foundation on sale so I decide to give it a go.

My first impression is that the packaging looks so high-end and luxurious. I love that it has a pump and I only need one pump for everyday use. This foundation claims to hydrate your skin and give a firming benefits. It has SPF 20 which is quite nice.

For the first couple day, I'm quite impress that it doesn't break me out and it does hydrate my skin which is the thing I like about this foundation. I can't see the result about the serum yet but I can feel that it stay evenly on my skin. I'd say that this foundation is sheer coverage even though it claimed to be medium to full-coverage. However, I don't have problem with redness now so it's perfect for me.

For the colour, I got it in B60 which is quite dark. It really impresses me about the colours that it doesn't drop during the day but it blend with your skin tone and that's what make it look so natural. I can use this without any powder on top and it really give a dewy finish as claimed from YSL.

This is the perfect foundation for you if you want to invest in sheer coverage dewy finish foundation and it's really good for dry skin!

Have you ever tried any YSL foundation?

Photo Diary : Museum Day

It's the midsummer day (25th of June) and every shop in town closes today. It's the right to go explore around Vasa Museum. I'm not gonna lie that I get lost and walk to middle of nowhere, but it's worth as the view is so stunning.

I would say that the Vasa ship is gigantic but the only problem I found is that I can't see well in dark so I cannot see the detail of the ship well. After an hour inside, I walked back to the city centre to get the tube to Gamla Stan, which is my all time favourite place. The weather today is boiling, means that frozen yogurt is the most appropriate!

What I Eat In a Day : Weekend

Being in Stockholm make me eat a lot healthier. I've been enjoying food here a lot that I think why not do what I eat in a day post. I always enjoy watching what people eat as I'm trying to be more healthy and eat less junk food.

Today I have my most favourite breakfast which is the avocado on toast with some smoked salmon. Swedish salmon is the best I've ever try (so far), and it's really cheap compared to the price back there in Thailand. The avocado is also taste better here, so I think this might be my go to breakfast menu from now on as it's so goooooood!

I went to town and have some craving for Indian food, so I google for "the best indian restaurant in Stockholm" and the result suggests me to go to the little India around Hötogret. I decided to try the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is not bad but not as good as Indian food in Thailand.

And of course, no one could resist a churros!!

For dinner, I ate a Thai-style Shrimp with rice. It's not the healthiest but it's the most delicious Thai food I've ever try.

Here is all I ate in a day. It might not be that healthy but I'm trying to change my eating habit and I wish I could change my addiction to junk food before go back to Thailand.

5 Beautiful Shades of Nude Nail Varnish

Speaking of Nail Varnishes, nude is my go to colour as it's not too bold and appropriate for every occasion. I have many favourite nude nail varnishes that I always get compliment on when I wear and I think I should shard it with you guy.

The first one is the Pupa Nail Varnish, which come with the Party Queen Nail Set. I don't know the exact colour of this one but it's quite a beige nude. It's not glossy so you might need top coat over this and it takes around 3 coats for a perfect colour. This last like an average nail varnishes for about 4 days.

Next is the Body Shop Colour Crush Nail colours in shade 730 Almond Kiss. This is the most natural and closest to my skin tone among 5 nail varnishes I picked. It's so glossy and took only 2 coats to get to perfect colour so it's easy to apply and last quite long for about a week.

For the pinky nude shade, I'd recommend the Maybelline Colour Show Nail Varnishs in Shade Cotton Candy. This last for a week without chipping and it's such a beautiful colour which is perfect for spring and summer.

For my most favourite nude Nail Varnishes, the Tanya Burr Nail Varnishes in shade Peace and Cream get the prize. This is by far my most favourite one in terms of colours and formula. It's so glossy without top coats and it last so long that I have to take it off because it doesn't chip for a week long. However, I can't find it anymore as it's only available in UK :(

The last one is quite a love-hate one I choose. The Catrice Luxury Nude Nail Varnishes in no.07 is so beautiful satin finish nude with a lil bit of shimmer in it. However, this chip so easily that only the second day, it's quite destroy.

Do you have any favourite nude Nail Varnish shade?
