Photo Diary : Wing N' Thing

After school could be a very good time to hang out with your friend and have some yummy food. Of course a fried chicken is one of the best choice!

This place opens 4pm which is the time that my class end. They sell fried chicken and fish and chip. I'm quite amaze with the fried chicken and their sauces, who can imagine a Jack Daniel sauce? The sauces is so good but the friend chicken is on average. They do serve alcoholic drink as well as normal drink.

I love the fish and chip as it's one of my most favourite food when I was in UK.

Do you want to try a Jack Daniel Sauce?

Talking about blogger and instagran, it's impossible not to talk about @Kate.lavie. She has an amazing blog and the most amazing home interior ever. I wish I could live in the apartment like hers.

The lodoner @RosieLondoner has amazing travel pic that I love to see. She travels and took such a nice photo that make me wanna follow her where she go. She also has an amazing blog which I love to read.

Photo Diary : Sushi Overloaded!

I'd say that I'm a massive fan of sushi (not raw fish though).

I found most places in Bangkok make sushi with raw salmon which I don't like. But I finally found this place!!

This restaurant located near my high school but it open after I graduated. The Kouen Sushi Bar serve both buffet and a la carte. I think for the buffet is better than the a la carte because you can order various things and try everything without broke your bank.

The map for this place is here.

Are you a huge Sushi Fan?

A Last Year In Uni

It comes to my last year that I will officially stay in the uni. I've learn so many things that I wish I could go back in time and start my uni life again. I experience many type of friends and many type of people I don't ever think exist in this world.

Here are things that I think most prominent so far :
  1. Don't hesitate to try : I used to fear of trying new things when I first start uni as the Thai education system is quite restrict, I'm afraid to try new things but I met so many friends and some of them open my new point of view for things that I've never tried before.
  2. You can be different : In high school, you might found that jumping on a bandwagon with friend is things to do, but in uni, it's quite cool to be different (in a positive way). I found myself dress in the way that I felt confident and I love that people don't judge you if you are different.
  3. GPA does matter even some say it doesn't : I think GPA and Degree are important to me because I'd love to work in an organisation or something related to my field. It might not be the same for everyone but better GPA can help me to get to work in a place I love.
  4. Choose the right subject : I used to think that if I choose the course that none of my friend are in, I'd feel lonely. It's not! I found some new friends because I choose the course that none of my friend are in and I rely more on myself and be more responsible for my work.
  5. Do best on the first year : I found that first year of uni is the year that I don't pay attention to study at all, and I regret it because if you do well on the first year, the rest will be good.

Here are all things I wish I knew since the first year.

Do you have any thing you would like to do in uni?

Mini Apple Pie

I have baked this apple pie many times and I think why not share it in my blog today!

This is the mini apple pie. It's British style with caster sugar when served. It's super easy to make and also delicious!

For dough

  • 225g All-purpose flour
  • 140g Cold Butter
  • 30ml Cold Water

For Apple Filling
  • 2 green apples
  • Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • Lemon Juice (optional but I normally don't use)

  • Firstly, you need to rub the cold butter into the flour until it become the crumble, then add cold water.
  • Form the dough (1-2mm thickness) into the mini pie pan. I use something like this.
  • Strew the filling and add to the pie.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degree Celsius and bake for 18-25 mins depends.
  • Enjoy!!

Best of 2015

2015 Already ended means it's time for yearly favourite!!

All of my favourite of favourites are summed up in this post. I feel like doing the favourite of all favourites of this year. So here are all things I love in the past year.

For my skincare favourite, I discovered the Clarins Cream Mask for Dehydrated Skin which I felt in love after my first time using it as it make a huge different. My skin become more hydrated and nourished. The scent is not too strong and it didn't break me out. I used it once or twice a week depend on how dry my face get.

My next favourite is also Clarins. I found Amelia Liana using the Clarins Blur Orchid Oil and she said it's so good, so I decide to try. It make a different as a serum. I love it after using it. I only use it at night before apply anything. I actually love the smell of it. This oil doesn't make me break out again which I found some oils do.

Finally I found my favourite lip balm of the year, it's the Bobbi Brown Lip balm SPF15. I love the formula of this lip balm. The packaging is also lovely as it comes in silver pot. The only thing I don't like about it is sometime there are dust or something contaminate to the lip balm. I prefer the chapstick form but disregard of that point, it's very good lip balm.

My last skincare favourite is the Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil. It cleans all of my makeup and doesn't irritate my eye which is perfect for cleansing oil.

For the makeup, I don't have any eyeliner or brow favourite. I found only 3 items I actually love.

I discovered the Diorskin Star Concealer from my friend and I actually love it. It blends beautifully to  the skin and it doesn't come off even in a super hot day during summer. I think it's a bit too expensive but it worth the price.

As I love the Loreal True Match for a long time, I definitely try their new formula. I'd say that I love the consistency of the old formula. However, I get a lot of compliment about my face when I use the new one. I use it alone without the concealer because it's already full-coverage, and also without powder as it's matt and it last all day.

My last makeup favourite is the Makeup Revolution Iconic Palette 3, which is the dupe for the Naked 3 palette. I always want the naked 3 palette but I rarely use eyeshadows. I only use eyeshadow when I feel like to so I don't think it would be a great idea if I purchase the Naked palette. This is already a good quality.

I went to the supermarket in the kids section and I spotted the Johnson Body Care Rich Spa. I pick it up because it smells so gooooooood. But after I use it, it does make my skin feel softer and it stay so long on the skin. I'd say that it's perfect for dry skin.

Another discovery is the Body Shop Nail Colours in no.730 Almond Kiss. I think this is the best nail varnish I've used this year. I actually prefer the Tanya Burr one but it's not available in my country so it's the second to the Tanya Burr Nail varnish. It last for a week and it also shiny. Normal nail varnish I've tried only shiny for a day but this one last for 3-4 days.

Here are all my music favourites for 2015. I don't have specific songs that I like, so I link a playlist here.

I have only one movie favourite this year, it's the Paddington (2015). I love this version as the bears is so cute and the animation is great. If you never watch this movie, go watch it!! It such a lovely movie.

Here are all my favourite for 2015. I hope you'll have a wonderful 2016, and see you on Tuesday.

2016 Goals and Resolution

Goals and resolution might be boring for some people because not that much people achieved their goals. I feel that the goals for 2016 will be a commitment if I put it on my blog to remind me that I intend to complete these goals by the end of next year, and it would be great if I can do it!

  • Go travel alone : I'm planing that I'll go travel on my own. Not in my hometown or familiar place, I need to get out of my comfort zone. I hope that if I got a chance, I can go and explore the world and I might learn something from being out of my comfort zone.

  • Read more book : I haven't read much book this year. I read a couple novel and a lot more like the textbook for my study. I always feel like novel give you more emotional experience that the text book. Even though I read many book, but I feel like I need more good novel or books that's not school-related.

  • Attend more class : Next year will be my last year at uni. I hope I attend more class than I do now. I feel like some class are useless to attend but I hope that the subject I'm interested in would be that interesting so I would feel happy to go to school.

  • Less Soda : I need to drink less Coke seriously. I drink soda almost everyday I go to uni because I love it!! But I think it wouldn't be good for my health in the future, so I think I would drink less but not totally give up.

  • More work out : I never into fitness stuff until around September this year. I think I would work out more next year as it makes me feel good after it. I also want to be more healthy. I think once or twice a week would be possible to do as now I do once a week already.

  • No unwearable fashion item : last year I bought so much stuff that I like or bargain but I never get to wear them. I feel like I should buy stuff that I'm going to wear even though it might cost a lil more. I always shop at forever21 or Topshop when it's sale and get some stuff that is not practical in real life. I got a very beautiful Lyn Around Coat  just because it's on discount and never wear them.

Do you have any goals for 2016?

I hope you'll have a wonderful year.

My Everyday Festive Jewellery

Good Morning on the Christmas Eve!

As I got a festive piece of jewellery added to my collection, this time of the year is perfect to do the post about things I wear every day since the beginning of December.

I wear my Mi fitness bands everyday even though I don't usually go to the gym. I set the goal that I'll walk 7000 steps a day, which has not much achieved. And I also wear my silver plain bracelet which I don't know where it's from because it's a gift from my aunt a year ago.

I also got a festive Silver Rado charm long time ago and I took it off as it's not yet christmas season. I wear this bracelet everyday since I got it. It's Pandora style that you can add more beads.

My everyday earring is quite simple and easy to wear. Both pairs of earring are gift from my friend. I always wear the flower one on the lower piecing and the plain one on the upper piecing. It looks really nice together. I love that it's not a kind of earring that has 2 parts and you have to be careful because I always losing that kind of earring.

What do you think about my choice?

Christmas Wish List

I can't believe it's almost the end of December now and Christmas is coming. I haven't posted anything the past week due to my crazy final examination.

I think it'd be fun to share some christmas wish-list here. Many people do this and I think it's fun to know what others really want for christmas.

I have a beauty-related and fashion-related wish list in today post. I really want a Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow and I spotted some youtuber use the Eyeshadow Palette in Vintage Wamp. I think this would be the perfect eyeshadow as it's not too big and I can use it everyday because I love the purple-red tone eyeshadow so much.

I also want to try the Clarins Instant Lip Comfort Oil as my lip gets so dry right now and even my Bobbi Brown lip balm could not help.

The Emma Hardie Amazing Face Morning Cleansing Balm is interesting. I've never tried a cleansing balm before and I saw many Youtubers using this and they said it is amazing.

As I stop using my wallet and only carry a card holder for a while, I think I should get a nice one. I wish I could get one from Whistle as it looks really nice, but Whistle isn't available in my country so I couldn't get it.

As I lost my every earrings in the middle of nowhere, I think an everyday earrings might be great to get for christmas. I found some from Accessorise. I love the Rose Hexagon Drop Earring because it's rose gold and it's not too big or too smart so I can wear it everyday. The Mini Deco Stud is also in my wish list as it looks similar to my old one.

Here is all my wish list for christmas, I wish I could get some of them for christmas and I know I'm not gonna get all of them obviously because it isn't available in my country :(

What's on your wish-list this year?

Organic Cafe Discovery!

One day, me and my friend don't know where to go for a good food, we randomly found this organic cafe.

The Farm to Table is a small cafe around the central Bangkok area. It located in the Paklong Talard.

Grilled Chicken Salad
Lemon-Vanilla tea
Vanilla beans ice-cream
Soy Milk Parfait

The food here is so nice and fresh. It's quite hard to find a good salad place around my uni. The ice cream is also nice.

The prices is very reasonable for a good food. It's not as expensive as some restaurant. I'd say that it's quite cheap for the coffee and ice-cream.

If you love organic stuff, this place is a must to come and enjoy the super yummy food for a very good price.

Do you want to try a good organic food?

4711.

Having been through my old collection of perfume, I rediscovered the 4711 Cologne that I haven't used for so long.

Introducing to the famous cologne, no one wouldn't know 4711. I used to carry a mini bottle in my bag and out some of scarf to make it smell nice.

The 4711 Nouveau Cologne Eau de Cologne is my most favourite of all item I have because it come in a spray bottle. The original bottle of 4711 doesn't have the spray.

the 4711 Tissues is so easy to carry around

This brand has long history back in 1799, and over 200 years, they use the same formula of cologne. I love to use the original bottle as a decoration as it looks vintage and become a good pop of colour to my room. The unique smell of 4711 is so refresh and cool, and sometime I found it relaxing as the scent is not too strong.

Have you ever tried 4711?
